If the division is empty, you can create placeholders. A placeholder is a booking in the calendar similar to a regular series match, but without any players assigned to it. Once the division is filled with players, you can then create matches, and these matches will replace the placeholders.

You create the placeholder with the same settings as if you would create matches.
