In league play, you receive 2 points per set won. The matches are always played best of 3 sets, which means that 6 points are always distributed between the teams. If a set cannot be started, the points for that set are split 1-1. If the clock rings during a set, the points are distributed based on the current score. If a team is leading by 2 games or more, the points for that set will be distributed 1.5-0.5, giving an advantage to the leading team.
