To process a refund for the booking, the cancellation must be made X hours before the start time. X is defined by the facility and is the same as the cancellation rule set for the facility’s players. This applies regardless of whether the cancellation is made by the player or by an admin. If you, as an admin, need to refund a customer for a cancellation made less than X hours before the start time, please contact support@court22.com.

Please note that a cancellation fee of 12 SEK + VAT will be charged and is non-refundable to the customer.
