Rules for Open Bookings

• If an Open Booking does not get fully booked, it will be automatically canceled, and all registered players will be refunded.
• As an admin, you can set how many hours before the match this cancellation should occur. This setting can be adjusted under "Administration → Settings".

This ensures that incomplete bookings don’t remain active and that players are informed in time.
