Yes. If you want to create a booking easily on the run or if you don’t have access to the booking schedule via a computer, you can log in through a browser on your phone. When you click on the C22 logo at the top left, you will see a view where you can book admin bookings. To access this view, you need to have administrator or owner permissions. If, as an owner, you want to grant someone else permission, you can do this under settings -> permissions.
