What is the difference between Discount Groups and Memberships in Court22?
The main difference is how they are assigned:
Discount Groups
- A manual discount applied by an admin to selected players.
- Players do not need to purchase anything; the admin simply adds them to the group.
- Used for specific groups like juniors, seniors, or loyal customers.
- Managed under "Administration → Groups & Memberships".
Memberships
- A paid service that a customer purchases to receive benefits.
- Can include discounts on bookings, event discounts, and exclusive access.
- Managed under "Administration → Groups & Memberships".
Key Difference:
A Membership is something the customer buys, while a Discount Group is a discount that an admin manually applies.
